What clients ask us

These timings come from practice, not from a guarantee.

How much does bookkeeping cost per month? Prices start at 100 € a month. The final figure depends on the workload: the number of incoming and outgoing invoices, the number of employees and whether you are VAT-registered. After a short conversation about how your company operates you get a fixed monthly price — no extra charges and no hourly billing.
How long does a residence permit take? With us, usually 14 days. The statutory deadline for a decision is 40 days from a complete application.
How do I register a company in Montenegro? All we need from you is a power of attorney — we handle the rest. We draft the incorporation documents, file them with the CRPS, obtain the tax number and follow the procedure through to the decision. You do not have to visit any counters or be in Montenegro during the process.
How long does it take to register a company? Five working days. A d.o.o. (LLC) costs 250 € with all state fees.
Can I own a Montenegrin company as a foreign national? You can. Foreign nationals may be one hundred per cent owners of a Montenegrin company, on the same terms as residents. A large share of our clients are foreign founders, so we run the whole procedure remotely and in the language that suits you.
What does an employee cost me in total? It depends on the salary. On the minimum wage, taxes and contributions come to about 80 € a month — that is what you pay on top of the net salary. Send us the net salary you plan to pay and we will calculate the exact total monthly cost, including transport and meal allowances if you provide them.
When do I have to register for VAT? The obligation arises once you pass 30,000 € in turnover. We track your turnover through the year and tell you before the threshold is reached. You can also register voluntarily — in some lines of business that pays off, and we will tell you what makes sense in your case.
Show more questions Show less
How long does the application itself take? One day. You spend about two hours with us.
Can a company be registered in one day? It can.
How long does closing a company take? 30 days and more. Liquidation takes longer than registration.
How do I move to you from my current bookkeeper? Book a consultation and bring your electronic token. At the meeting we take over the documentation, check what condition the books are in and agree from which month we take over. You can switch at any point during the year.
How do I send you the paperwork? Three ways — online, in person at our office, or through our courier. Most clients simply send scanned or photographed documents, so they never have to come in.
Do you work with companies that have no revenue yet? We do. Newly founded companies and dormant ones have the same statutory obligations — filings, records and annual financial statements. The workload is smaller in those cases, which we take into account when setting the price.
What languages do you work in? Besides Montenegrin, we work in English, Russian and Turkish. You deal with us directly, without an interpreter, and you get explanations of your tax obligations in a language you understand.
Do you represent me before the Revenue and Customs Administration? We do. We file returns, deal with officials and respond to requests. If you receive a decision, a request for additional documents or notice of an inspection, contact us straight away so we can act within the statutory deadline.
